If you are familiar with large high-end retailers, you might be wondering how we can offer prices so much lower on the same products. Yes. It’s true. We have the exact same tile, hardwood, vinyl, etc. as those large retailers yet we offer them at a fraction of the cost.

How can we do that? Simple! Those large companies carry a lot of overhead. Which allows them to have large mark-ups on their products. We are happy to be able to provide those same products (yes they are the same grade and quality) at a much smaller mark-up. We are small and keep our overhead low. This is what allows us to save you this much money on our awesome products!

We only sell flooring products by the box. That is why you will see a price that isn’t the price per square foot along with each product. That is the price of the box, which generally has between 10 & 20 square feet each.

Whether or not you could order the exact square footage you need, it is probably best to order more than you are trying to cover. Why? Well when you are cutting tile, have some extra around in case you mess up is always good. It is highly unlikely your tile will be an exact fit, so having extra will allow you to cut where you need it and still have enough to finish the job. It is also good to have a bit extra when you are done in case you need it years down the road for damage or replacement. So don’t fret about the extra couple of square feet in that last box. You will be glad you have it.
